Since many items are one of a kind, check with me first to see if I still have it. I update the site frequently, but there are always items waiting for payment. I show them as SLD (Sold) if it's Tin, or remove it, if it's a Collectible item, when I have received payment.

Send me an e-mail, ken@stutt.com , with the following, to avoid any misunderstandings:

• Number of the item (#)

• Description of the Item (as shown on the site)

• Price

• Your Zip Code (US) or the Country, if you want to know shipping costs. If you have ordered before, please give it to me again, I don't keep a list.

• In the Subject of the e-mail please indicate that is is a Tin Order or Collectibles Order or whatever your e-mail is all about. I get so much garbage (spam) these days and I don't want to miss your e-mail. I don't open e-mails without a subject, most of them are spam and many have viruses.

I will get back to you, usually within a day, and let you know the availability. This is not a 'business', so if you don't get a response within 24 hours we are probably not home. I'll get back to you as soon as I return.

If I have it, I will quote you shipping costs, provide you the details about ordering and put the item on "Hold". I can ship all over the world, and have shipped to all continents, except Antarctica! 

Payment can be made by check (US only), money order or PayPal.  Go here if you are not familiar with PayPal.

99% of foreign orders are paid via PayPal, by the way. It's quick & easy. But it's up to you, I don't have a preference.

There have been a few times when I could not send a reply. I tried but it was returned to me. So if you don't hear from me at all,  please send it again. I reply to all legitimate the e-mail, even if you just want to ask a question! Just be sure you indicate the specific subject of your e-mail.

Shipping

Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include shipping. We have shipped to all continents, except Antarctica - no one has ever ordered from there!

I will give you the shipping costs when I know your order and your zip code or country. My objective is to charge you only for the actual postage plus a minor amount for packaging (bubble-wrap, etc.).

Domestic (US) packages I usually ship via Priority Mail. Please note that the minimum shipping for Priority Mail is about $5. Most mugs will go at the 2 lb. rate which is $5 - $7, depending on distance. We are in North Carolina. Parcel Post is not much cheaper and Priority Mail is much faster and can be tracked. I will give you a tracking number when the package is shipped.

For heavier domestic (US) packages I usually use DHL - Ground, about 2 - 5 days depending on the distance.

Foreign Packages can also be sent by Priority Mail now. In most cases this includes insurance and can be tracked. This is now the preferred way of shipping, unless the package is real small and then it can be sent by First Class Mail. However, First Class Mail can not be insured or tracked. Surface shipping (via ship, etc.) is no longer offered by the Post Office.

I use bubble-wrap or 'peanuts' for just about all packages. Not just to protect the contents, but also to keep shipping costs lower - they are high enough as it is.

PayPal (part of e-bay) and it's widely used to pay for auction items. You can use it for many other money transactions, including buying something from my site.

It's quick & easy. I'm notified of your payment within an hour, and I will ship no later than the following day.

You can pay by check or credit card with PayPal. I do not take credit cards directly.
